Terms of service

A quote is an estimate based on the information and access provided. Work begins only after you approve a written, itemised scope.

Conditions discovered after work starts — hidden damage, additional volume, blocked access — are quoted separately and are never added to an approved scope without your written approval.

Structural, roofing, licensed electrical and plumbing alterations, and mold or asbestos remediation fall outside our scope and are referred out.

Scheduling depends on access. Missed access windows may require rescheduling and can affect the quoted price.
