Will touch-ups be visible?
Touch-ups are visible on aged or sheen-mismatched walls. When a wall cannot be touched up invisibly, the scope recommends painting that wall corner to corner instead.
Which colors do you recommend for listings?
Warm neutral whites and greiges photograph best and do not date a listing. The agent's preferred palette is used when one is supplied.
How soon can photography be scheduled?
Interior latex is dry to touch the same day. Photography is safe the next day, which is when the completion report and photos arrive.
