Frequently asked questions
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
Yes. Crews arrive with their own supplies and equipment; the property only needs working water and power.
Is carpet cleaning included?
Vacuuming is included. Hot-water extraction of carpets is a separate line item and is quoted per room when requested.
Can the clean happen the day before photos?
That is the recommended sequence: repairs and paint first, deep clean last, photography the following morning.
