Do you handle licensed trades?
Punch-list work covers minor repairs. Licensed electrical, plumbing and gas work is referred to the appropriate licensed trade rather than performed under this scope.
Can you work from an inspection report?
Yes. Send the inspection or buyer request list and the scope comes back marked item by item: in scope, referred to a licensed trade, or out of scope.
