Who we serve
Listing prep your seller will actually agree to
You already know what the house needs. The hard part is getting three contractors to show up in the right order before the photographer. One scope, one schedule and one contact removes that from your week, and the completion report gives you something to send the seller instead of a verbal update.

What usually goes wrong
- Listings delayed because a handyman never confirmed
- Sellers who stall when the prep list has five vendors on it
- No documentation to show the work was actually completed
- Photography rescheduled because cleaning ran late
How we handle it
- One written scope covering repairs, paint and cleaning
- Sequenced so cleaning finishes the day before photos
- Photo-documented completion report you can forward
- A referral partner program for agents who send repeat work

Frequently asked questions
Can you bill the seller directly?
Yes. The scope and invoice can be addressed to the seller, the brokerage or a concierge program, whichever the transaction requires.
How fast can you walk a property?
Send the address and access details through the quote form and the walk-through is scheduled from there. Photos or a video can replace the visit for smaller scopes.
Is there a referral program?
Yes — see the partner program page for how agent and broker referrals are structured.
