How it works

Scope, schedule, photo report

The process exists to remove the two things that cost owners the most: unclear pricing and work done in the wrong order.

  1. 1. Tell us about the property

Send the address and what you need, or walk the property with us. Photos or a video walk-through are enough for most quotes.

  2. 2. Get a written, itemised scope

Line by line, with a firm number per item so you can cut or add work before anything starts. Nothing is scheduled until you approve it.

  3. 3. Crews work in the right order

Repairs before paint, paint before cleaning, cleaning before photos. Sequencing is the part most owners lose days to.

  4. 4. Get a photo completion report

A dated photo report of the finished work you can forward to a seller, an owner or a tenant file.

What we do not do

Being clear about this up front saves everyone a site visit.

  • Structural work, roofing or foundation repair
  • Licensed electrical or plumbing alterations
  • Mold or asbestos remediation
  • Full gut renovations or additions
  • One point of contact

One scope, one schedule, one invoice instead of coordinating five contractors yourself.

  • Vetted crews

Backed by a commercial facilities operations team, working from written checklists.

  • Photo-documented completion

Every job ends in a dated photo report you can forward to an owner or client.

  • English and Spanish

Scopes, reports and on-site coordination run in both languages.
